What if my experience isn't enough for a book?
That is one of the things the free call is for. With years of real practice, the question is usually not whether there is a book, but which one. And if we don't see a book in your experience yet, we will tell you.
What happens on the free call?
A 30-minute conversation about you and your book — free, with no obligation to buy. You tell us about your experience and the book you have in mind. We help you see how ready you are, and tell you honestly whether the Sprint is the right next step. Then you decide. Either way, you leave with a clearer view of your book.
What if I have several book ideas?
That is exactly the kind of decision the Sprint is designed to resolve. We work from your experience, goals, and potential reader to identify the strongest direction rather than forcing several ideas into one book.
Do I need to write anything?
No. Your part is two one-hour conversations. We turn them and your experience into the book's direction, structure, and Chapter One.
What if I already have notes or an outline?
Bring them. Existing notes, talks, articles, outlines, or partial material can become useful input, but you do not need to arrive with any of them.
What if Chapter One doesn't sound like me?
We rewrite it free based on your feedback. The point of producing Chapter One during Greenlight is to let you judge the voice before the rest of the book is built.
What if I don't have a big audience — or don't want to announce my book yet?
You don't have to announce anything during the Sprint. You leave with an announcement kit to tell people you're writing a book whenever you're ready — now, or later, as the book takes shape.
Will what I share stay confidential?
Yes. Your stories, client cases, and methods are used only to build your book. If you'd like it in writing, we sign an NDA with you once you've paid for the Sprint.
What happens after the Sprint?
You keep everything we built together. If you decide to write the full book with us, your $1,500 goes toward it. If not, you have the direction, Chapter One, and a plan to finish it your way.
