1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') govern the use of the website Avelaunch.co (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site'), as well as the terms of purchase and use of:
the electronic guide 'How to Become a Book Author' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Product');
the turnkey book writing service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service').
1.2. By visiting the Site and purchasing the Product or ordering the Service, the User (hereinafter referred to as the 'Customer') agrees to comply with these terms.
1.3. The Site Administration (hereinafter referred to as the 'Contractor') reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with the opportunity to purchase an electronic guide and order the book writing service through the Wayforpay payment system.
2.2. The Product (electronic guide) is provided in digital format after payment, and the download link is sent to the Customer's email.
2.3. The book writing service involves fulfilling the order according to the Customer's individual request, including writing, editing, and formatting the text.
2.4. The Product and the results of the provided Services are intended exclusively for the Customer's personal use. Any resale, distribution, or transfer to third parties is prohibited without the Contractor’s written consent.
3. Payment and Delivery
3.1. Payments are conducted through the Wayforpay service, ensuring secure financial transactions.
3.2. After a successful payment, the User will receive an email granting access to the Product.
3.3. The Turnkey Book Writing Service is designed to fulfill orders according to the Client's individual request, including writing, editing, and formatting the text.
3.4. If the User has not received the Product within 24 hours after payment, they should contact support at the email address: [books@avelaunch.co].
4. Refund Policy
4.1. As the Product is a digital item, refunds are not provided once it has been received.
4.2. If the User cannot access the Product due to technical issues, they can contact support, and the Seller commits to providing access or resolving the issue.
4.3. Turnkey Book Writing Service is paid upon prior agreement, with full or partial prepayment agreed upon before starting work.
4.4. The timeframe for completing the Service is determined individually, depending on the complexity of the order and the volume of the book.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All materials of the Product posted on the Site are protected by copyright and belong to the Seller.
5.2. Any copying, distribution, or use of the materials without written consent from the Seller is prohibited.
6. Responsibility of the Parties
6.1. The Seller is not responsible for:
technical failures on the part of the User or the payment service;
the User's misuse of the obtained materials;
consequences arising from the improper use of the Product.
6.2. The User agrees to use the Product solely for personal use.
7. Privacy and Personal Data Processing
7.1. The Seller commits to not sharing the User's personal data with third parties without their consent, except as required by law.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. All disputes arising between the Seller and the User are resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be addressed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. By using the Site, the User confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and agree to them.
